Service Description
Our In-Person Prenatal Workshop for couples is designed to guide you through your journey toward your baby’s arrival, giving you practical knowledge and essential tools to live this stage with calm and confidence. You will learn to: • Discover the secrets of life in the womb and understand your baby’s development. • Recognize signs of labor and know when to go to the hospital. • Perform basic newborn care: bathing, diaper changing, and safe handling. • Practice basic exercises and massages for pregnancy well-being. • Get started with breastfeeding, with tips and techniques for a good start. Formats: • 2 classes of 2.5 hours • 4 classes of 1.5 hours Recommended after the 20th week of pregnancy. Just bring comfortable clothes and socks. This workshop is more than information — it’s an experience of connection, security, and preparation to welcome your baby.

Client Service Agreement – The Mommy’s Heart By proceeding with your payment and booking, you acknowledge and accept the following terms: 1. Services You are booking services provided by The Mommy’s Heart LLC, as detailed in the Statement of Work (Schedule A), including classes, workshops, and other offerings for parents and children. Additional services require separate authorization and payment. 2. Payment Policy Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. Payments are non-refundable. A $50 annual registration fee applies to all plans for materials and is non-refundable. Additional services not included in your plan will be quoted separately. 3. Attendance & Rescheduling You may reschedule only once per month, with advance notice. Sessions begin and end on time. Please arrive punctually. A maximum of 2 adults per child may attend classes. Adults must wear socks. Missed classes will not be credited or refunded unless specified in your plan. 4. Conduct & Liability The Mommy’s Heart is not responsible for any accidental injuries occurring during sessions. Parents are expected to supervise their child and maintain respectful conduct in all activities. Services are not diagnostic or therapeutic (no speech/behavioral/occupational/physical therapy is included). This is not a daycare — parents must accompany their children at all times. 5. Online Community Some plans include access to a private online group/chat, with monthly usage time limits. You agree to maintain respectful communication within this space. 6. Legal & Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. In the event of disputes, both parties agree to resolve them through mediation in Orange County, Florida. By submitting payment, you consent to these terms and waive the right to dispute the charge unless a material breach occurs.
